Refund Policy

Important: The Platform provides software tools only and is not a party to transactions between Creators and their customers. Payments are handled directly by Creators and/or their payment providers.

1. Customer Payments

Launchly does not process customer payments. All payments from customers to Creators are handled solely by the Creator and their chosen payment provider (e.g., crypto gateways, payment processors, on-chain transactions).

Launchly does not issue customer refunds. Refund requests must be directed to the Creator or their payment provider. Launchly is not a party to transactions between Creators and customers and has no authority to issue refunds for customer purchases.

If you are a customer seeking a refund, please contact the Creator directly or their payment provider. Launchly cannot assist with customer refund requests.

2. Platform Fees

Platform fees (subscription fees, usage-based charges, or other SaaS fees paid by Creators to Launchly) are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

In certain circumstances, Launchly may provide refunds or credits at its sole discretion:

  • Service outages or technical failures that prevent use of the Platform for extended periods
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • As required by applicable consumer protection laws

Refund requests for Platform fees must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Chargebacks

Chargebacks are disputes between customers and payment providers. Launchly does not handle chargebacks, as Launchly does not process customer payments. Chargebacks are resolved between the customer, Creator, and the payment provider. Launchly is not involved in chargeback processes.

4. Account Cancellation

Creators may cancel their accounts at any time. Cancellation does not entitle Creators to refunds for:

  • Subscription fees already paid for the current billing period
  • Usage-based charges already incurred
  • Prepaid credits or balances already consumed

Upon cancellation, access to the Platform will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which the account will be deactivated and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
