Important: The Platform provides software tools only and is not a party to transactions between Creators and their customers. Payments are handled directly by Creators and/or their payment providers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Publishing, promoting, or facilitating illegal content or activities, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, drug trafficking, human trafficking, terrorism, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
Zero tolerance. Any content involving minors in a sexual context, or any depiction of child sexual abuse, will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement. This prohibition applies regardless of jurisdiction or claimed legality.
Publishing content depicting sexual activity without the documented, informed consent of all participants. This includes "revenge porn," secretly recorded content, or content obtained through coercion or deception.
Engaging in harassment, stalking, threats, doxxing (revealing private information), hate speech, or any activity that targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
Impersonating individuals, organizations, or brands; creating fake accounts; or engaging in fraudulent activities, scams, or deceptive practices.
Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code; engaging in phishing or social engineering attacks; attempting to compromise Platform security or the security of other users.
Publishing content that infringes copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights without authorization.
Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to access the Platform in violation of our Terms of Service or robots.txt directives.
Attempting to bypass Platform access controls, circumvent payment requirements, or gain unauthorized access to Content or Platform features.
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
Launchly reserves the right to take enforcement action at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

We will review reports and take appropriate action in accordance with our Notice and Takedown Policy.
Launchly may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
