Launchly collects the following categories of data:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, password (hashed), profile information, and account settings for Creators and platform administrators
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser information, device identifiers, usage logs, and cookies
• Content Metadata: Titles, descriptions, visibility settings, and other metadata associated with Content published by Creators
• Usage Data: Platform usage statistics, feature usage, and service performance metrics

Data NOT Collected: Launchly does not collect or store customer payment card data, bank account information, or any payment processing data from customers. All customer payments are processed directly by Creators and their payment providers.

2. Use of Data

Launchly uses collected data for:

• Service Operation: Providing, maintaining, and improving the Platform
• Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Analytics: Understanding usage patterns and improving service quality (aggregated and anonymized where possible)
• Support: Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
• Legal Compliance: Complying with legal obligations and responding to legal requests

3. Data Sharing

Launchly does not sell user data. Data may be shared with:

• Infrastructure Providers: Hosting providers (e.g., Vercel), cloud services, and content delivery networks necessary for Platform operation
• Analytics Providers: Third-party analytics services (if used) for understanding Platform usage
• Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or legal process

All third-party service providers are contractually required to protect data and use it only for specified purposes.

4. Data Retention

Launchly retains data for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations:

• Account data is retained while the account is active
• Upon account deletion, data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
• Logs and technical data may be retained for security and troubleshooting purposes for up to 90 days
• Legal and financial records may be retained longer as required by applicable law

5. User Rights

Users have the right to:

• Access: Request access to personal data held by Launchly
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Portability: Request export of personal data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing of personal data for certain purposes

Launchly uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Analyze Platform usage and performance

Launchly implements industry-standard security measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and Launchly cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. Launchly does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information.

9. International Data Transfers

Data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the user's country of residence. Launchly ensures appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

Launchly may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
