Launchly operates a notice-and-takedown process to address reports of Content that may violate our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws. This policy describes how to submit reports and how Launchly responds to them.
Launchly provides software tools only and does not review Content before publication. Creators are responsible for their Content. Launchly will respond to valid reports in good faith but makes no guarantees about response times or outcomes.

Upon receipt of a report, Launchly will:
Response Times: Launchly will make reasonable efforts to respond to reports promptly, typically within 7-14 business days. However, response times may vary depending on the complexity of the report, volume of reports, and legal requirements. Launchly makes no guarantees about specific response times.
Creators who repeatedly violate our policies may be subject to:
Launchly maintains records of violations and considers a Creator's history when determining enforcement actions.
If Content is removed based on a report and the Creator believes the removal was incorrect, the Creator may submit a counter-notice to abuse@launchly.cloud containing:
Launchly will review counter-notices and may restore Content if the counter-notice is valid and the original report is determined to be unfounded. However, Launchly reserves the right to maintain removal if the Content violates our policies or applicable laws.
